San Antonio Zoo

The San Antonio Zoo is home to more than 2,000 animals of 400 different species. It’s a place where you can see all the animals from around the world in one place. This Greater San Antonio, Texas zoo is also home to many conservation efforts that are working hard to save endangered species. So, what should you expect when you visit the San Antonio Zoo?     • We even have a waterfowl lake where you can feed the ducks.  
    • Make sure you leave enough time for your trip because there is A LOT of things to see at the San Antonio Zoo.

How to get to the San Antonio Zoo?

The San Antonio Zoo is located in Brackenridge Park, which can be accessed from the intersection of West Market and North New Braunfels Streets. From I-35 Southbound: Take Exit 146B (also known as Broadway).  

Stay to the right on the off-ramp and turn left at W. Woodlawn Ave., then turn right onto N. New Braunfels Ave. From I-35 Northbound: Take Exit 146A (also known as Cesar Chavez Blvd.) Turn left at the off-ramp, and then turn left again on W. Durango Blvd., then turn right onto N. New Braunfels Ave.
